Who we are

Ratiom is a technology service provider operating from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is the controller of data collected directly through this website.

Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message and selected website language.

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we process the information you choose to share through that channel.

The server processes your IP address temporarily to prevent form abuse. It is not added to the enquiry delivered to our inbox.

We do not request sensitive personal data or payment-card details through the site. Please do not include sensitive data in your message.

Legal basis

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before an engagement or to perform an existing agreement. We process security data for our legitimate interest in protecting the site and retain records where required by law.

How we use data

To respond to your enquiry, discuss your needs and prepare a quotation.

To deliver agreed services and communicate with client representatives.

To protect the contact form and website from automated or abusive use.

To understand site performance using aggregated data and meet legal and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking tools.

Each project agreement determines whether Ratiom acts as a controller or processor and the parties’ responsibilities for project data.

Retention

We keep enquiries while needed to follow up, for no more than 12 months from the last contact unless an engagement, dispute or legal requirement calls for longer retention.

If an engagement begins, we retain contracts, invoices and project records as needed to perform it and meet legal requirements.

The IP address remains in server memory for the rate-limit period, about 10 minutes, after which the temporary entry expires automatically.

Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some providers may use processing facilities outside Saudi Arabia, so limited data may be transferred or processed abroad depending on the service used.

We limit transfers to data needed to operate the site and deliver enquiries and review the available contractual safeguards.

The location and transfer of client-project data is agreed for each project according to its nature and requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to know how your data is processed, why it is processed and the applicable legal basis.

You may access your data and request a clear, readable copy.

You may ask us to correct, complete or update your data.

You may request destruction when the data is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention duties and exceptions.

To exercise your rights, email hello@ratiomhq.com. We respond within 30 days and may extend once for up to 30 additional days where necessary after explaining why. We may verify your identity first.

Data security

The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to hosting and email accounts is restricted as needed.

We validate form input and limit request volume to reduce automated and abusive submissions.

No measure guarantees absolute security. We handle and report incidents as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy

The site and our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not target children’s data. If it reaches us unintentionally, contact us so we can review and destroy it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site, provider categories or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears above, and we will give appropriate notice of material changes where required.
